are the train signal videos alone enough to pass the CCNA 640-802 exam? i have got CCNA simplified course aswell but seem to learn more from watching the videos.

No. You're going to have to hit the books at some point and also use a simulator or real equipment.

You should use whatever media helps you learn the material the best.
If Videos are easier for you then concentrate on them. For me, they move a little too fast, but if you can keep up, then go for it. I found that the books were more helpful for learning things like subnetting since it gives you time to go at your own pace and do the math on paper. However I did watch some of the CBTNugget videos for the heck of it.
What matters in the end is that you understand the concepts, technologies, and can configure/troubleshoot cisco equipment from the CLI. How you get there, is up to you.

No, they are not but they are a great source to study from.

Videos will not be enough. They do not go into enough detail to pass the exam, but they are great for studying purposes!
