Windows Terminal Session screen lock/unlock delay
Situation: Windows 2003 Terminal Server
Whenever a user logs into our terminal server through the web or through mstsc as soon as they lock their screen and upon unlocking there is about a minute delay before their desktop appears.
Is this delay intended? If so what is it doing during this delay? If it's not intended how do I go about changing this timer? is there a GPO that affects this?
The server isn't busy most of the time. Logging on and off to the system takes no longer than 10 seconds.
Thanks in advance!
