I thought that the MS Press book was good, if lengthy, for the 70-620.

Hand on experience of Vista is important too.

I have a home PC loaded with Vista Ult
That unfortunately is my only hands on experience

The systems I maintain at work are XP XP XP XP XP XP XP XP
And of course the occasional 98 thrown in for good measure :)

Yes, that is the MS Press book. You should be okay with just your home experience on Vista as the 620 is focused more on the home user and doesn't have any enterprise support type questions.
