But I'd like to write some articles not about some techniques of the domain but some general topic that a non informatician can understand. Posting something as scattered as "best technology documentation" will yield a variety of links, ramblings, etc., For example, the links I provided are a mixture solely of Risk Analysis and DRM. I have ultimately no idea since you weren't specific enough.

Re-think what it is you want to do and re-word what you need, for example. "I'm trying to make my peers in my country aware of the downsides of not having DRM" this would have made me post information on companies who suffered from the lack of DRM as opposed to giving you information on how to learn the aspects of DRM which you may or may not already know.
