Upgrading CUCM 6.1

in CCNP Collaboration
I am upgrading a publisher and a subscriber to 6.1.2 does anyone know, will I need to run the upgrades at the same time to avoid any incompatible image issues? Has anyone done this?

    You can run them separatly , the installs...
    however you should reboot them to new partition at the same time , giving the subscriber a slight delay , so it comes up after the pub

    if you reboot them separatly , you may end up with replication issues

    I'm actually just upgrading from 6.1.1 to get rid of a memory leak issue they have been suffering. Thanks CAD for your input - its the first time I've done this!
