Regedit
I can't remember what it is but I used to go into Regedit and change the milliseconds for how quickly All Programs will expand. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Drawing a HUGE blank.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\MenuShowDelay = 50 or something (400 is the default) -
