I have already scheduled 70-620 for Oct 24. My question is do I only need 70-620, 290, 291, and the security+ to complete the requirements for MCSA: Security. Thanks

You will need to take the 299. It is not a hard exam. about 35 questions. A lot of the questions about security in 291 and 299 overlap.

It doesn't have to be 299. It could also be one of the ISA Server exams. Any of the below, along with Security+ will satisfy the two elective requirements.
