My boss ask me to connect the computer where they see something pop up saying you got mail. is there any programs out there i could use and give me more information on how to install them?

umm are you asking for an application for remotely controlling another PC?? You really need to give more information when you post, however if so there is RDP & VNC which are generally the more popular methods when using windows. -

You should put something more useful into the subject.
Email received from what anyway? POP3? IMAP? Exchange? Carrier pigeon? You need to give more details in your help requests.
