I was wondering if anyone here could help clarify this for me. According to this website.

It clearly shows that Windows 2000 cannot be upgraded to Vista without a clean install. But then it says at the bottom and I quote "If you are running Windows 2000, you must install SP4 to upgrade to Windows Vista. "
Can someone shed some light on this and explain if windows 2000 can be upgraded to vista if it has SP4 ?
Thanks!
