BCSI and Help key

I am getting ready to take my first CCNP test,the BCSI and I have a couple of questions for those who have taken it
1.Can I use the ? key on the Sims

2. Do you still have to type out the complete command,i.e, instead of conf t you have to type configuration T

    That actually depends on the command. I remember running into at least one that it would not take the partial command but if I hit tab it auto-completed.

    Was the command related to the situation?

    I know the sims seem to not like things that are unrelated to the solution......
