ok, so another quick one.
Is it always recommended to upgrade your nt4.0 domain to windows 200X (preferably 03) and then migrate the objects out using admt? I keep getting thrown off cause i just want to get to the migrating part, and always forget the upgrade.
Of course this isn't for a test. My employer has a 7 year old backlog of domain upgrades.

It looks like you can go directly from NT4, 2000, or 2003 to 2000 or 2003: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=6f86937b-533a-466d-a8e8-aff85ad3d212&displaylang=en (see source and target domains)
