Just wondering how they are .. How is the documentation you receive ?

Are they any good ? I just see that most of them are based on ie Server 2008 Beta 3 which is weird ...

    There isn't much documentation. They're more like step-by-step guides. I think the labs themselves are excellent. I haven't done any 2008 stuff yet, but I don't think there is a great deal that changed between Beta 3 and RTM. At that point, I think they're primarily just doing bug fixes and other little tweaks.
