I signed up for two Personnel Security and Suitability Adjudicator courses today (Basic and Advanced). Basically they train you to perform background investigations, security clearance reviews, and to evaluate all types of cases and situations related to personnel security.
Part of my job now includes forensic investigations pertaining to equipment, but I think I would be much more interested in investigating human beings. I just want to find something I enjoy, and this sounds pretty interesting to me at this point.
Has anyone taken similar classes? Do we have any TE adjudicators? Besides these types of classes and slightly applicable security certs... I wonder if there are certs in this field?
I'll have to research, but the classes sound interesting, and the company that gives the training is one of the most respected in the country.
