IT ROI and Capital budget info

Hey you IT gurus

does anyone know of some good resources to read on ROI for IT and capital budgeting
for a rusty old fart to read...like CBTs or maybe some ROI calculators etc...templates

I don't know of any CBT's or anything like that, but I'm sure many textbooks cover this topic. When I was in undergraduate, I remember ROI and Capital Budgeting being mentioned in my Management Information Systems textbook. You could do a google for MIS books or something. I'm sure most of the material covers the topics.
