DMVPN & standby hsrp

just a question on theory.
using dmvpn and need to have redundancy to frame/isdn. three spokes are created. Using hsrp standby preempt to monitor one tunnel. Tunnel0 is main, need tunnel1 for 1st redundancy, then tunnel2 and then frame/isdn. If the eth 0 interface is setup to track tunnel0(proprity of 251) will isdn kick if tunnel0 goes down or will routing cause the other tunnels to be used first??
