PAT Testing Certs???

Hello My boss says he will pay to put me on a PAT Testing course!
I was wondering if its worth doing??

and if so whats the best ones to do / If any?
i would prefer to get a cert at the end of it so It would look good from my point of view
please could you recommend any good ones to do?

    Can I assume that you're in the UK? If you are, one of the more recognised/popular ones is the City & Guilds 2377 in Portable Appliance Testing. The course can be either the C&G or a college developed one, at the end of the day it's the exam that you take at the end of it that qualifies you :)
