Why should I get a second 3550 switch?
Hey guys, I have 2x2950 and 1x3550. I haven't started studying for the CCNP yet but was wondering if there were any particular reason(s) to get a second 3550.
Are there any particular features or lab scenarios that become possible with a second 3550? I plan to use Dynamips virtual emulation for the router parts. Or I just might pick up a router instead.
If you could advise me on what purchase to make, if any, that would be much appreciated. Thanks!

GT-Rob Member Posts: 1,090Layer 3 etherchannel. More complex STP labs (any switch can do this). Private vlans and 802.1x with a 3560. More MLS QOS (Cant remember if thats on CCNP anywhere).
IMO, really not worth it as far as CCNP is concerned.
