Going for IPS Training

I have been put on training for "Implementing Cisco Intrusion Protection System (IPS) v5.0"
Job is going to pay for it, 4 days, 8 hours each day.
Pretty excited about it, will have to be very present in the class though, there's 17 topics to be covered in 4 days.
Part of the reason I am excited it is that I have never been to a such formal training before. In college, but that was different, being in the professional life I feel that I will be able to pick a lot more than I did back in college.
Will let you guys know how it goes!
