Study for 2 Exams at once?

Has anyone ever studied for 2 different exams concurrently?
I need 70-291 to upgrade my MCSA to 2003. I have 4 years experiece with Windows networking and was recently hired based on my Windows experience.
I'm going to try to study for the CCENT exam at the same time. My new employer has asked me to do some work on their switches. I have completed the tasks they asked me, but feel I should really know more before attempting anything more advanced on them.
Looking at job sites for network admin positions, many employers want MCSE and CCNA now. So I figure I should get up to speed with Cisco while continuing on my MS skills.
Anyone else juggling with miltiple exams?
