I went for Instructor led training on 70-290(2274 And 2275). I have the Microsoft course book, is that enough for my study?

I haven't used those myself, but I've heard they left a lot to be desired. I'd pick up the MS Press book at a minimum. If you can afford it, tack on the Transcender practice test as well.

This depends a lot on your experience level. Take the classes and then begin to prep for the exam. Get te practice test material that Dynamik suggested and follow the prep method I described in thispost:

If you can manage this, you will do fine.
