I never really had a good experience with Amazaon until...Last week, I ordered the Mike Meyers Passport book and yesterday I received Mike Meyers CompTIA A+ Essential Exam 220-601 book instead. This book cost 2 times more than what I purchased/ordered for the Passport. Wrong book, happy satisfaction. I read that this book is better than the Passport. Just wanted to share my two cents.

Very nice, were I work if we do not have the item that the customer has purchased even though the system says we have, we give the a similar product instead even if it is more expensive, or else the person that got your item picked the wrong one, either way good for you.
