Good luck with that. Syngress never responds to customer support e-mails. They even deleted my account because I kept asking for my ebook the book said is downloadable but was not offered through their website. I e-mailed them 4 times across a month period and my account was deleted. Talk about horrible service. I know several others who get never get a hold of their support as well.
