Organizations Cutting Back on IT Security Staff

An article from Redmond Magazine showing a decline in hirings of dedicated IT security experts in-house. Instead the focus seems to be utilizing system/network admins who have a base level of security knowledge and having them work with 3rd party consultants/vendors to meet the companies IT security needs.
