I had to reinstall my PC and the wallpaper used to be on fullscreen on the second screen as well.
The main screen has a resolution of 2560x1600 and displays the wallpaper just fine .. the second screen has a resolution of 1050x1680 and the wallpaper has now a black bar on top and bottom ..
The wallpaper is set to stretch which did work before .. but now ... it doesn't

Main screen is a 30" Ultrasharp and the secondary screen is a 20" Ultrasharp which is rotated 90 Degrees
The weird thing is : I just tried a picture with silly resolution (3000x3000) and even then I get a black bar on top and bottom of the secondary screenMy own knowledge base made public: http://open902.com -

I just run Windows Update and received some Ultimate extras ..
Before I had only "Stretch" "tile" and "Center"
Now I also have "Maintain Aspect Ratio" and "Crop to fit screen" ...
And "crop" did the trick .. f* knows ...My own knowledge base made public: http://open902.com
