Video Broadcast Question -*Solved*-

I'm not sure if anyone here will be able to answer this but here goes.
During every election I take down our public access bulletin board from our cable channel and display the real time Precinct results as they get put into the system. This year, we had some complaints that I had trouble tracking down.
I eventually found that the problem only existed with people who were customers of 1 of our City's 2 cable companies, and only if they had a digital box.
The election software is being displayed at 640x480 other wise it does not genlock at all. We use Scala for our cable channel and because Scala allows setting a different resolution inside the program it works fine.
It's not the end of the world if I can't get this working, but the less the public complains the better I look
So, any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
*Figures... Problem was with the settings on the external scan converter. I configured some new settings for the device then saved the settings to NVRAM and now the election program shows up correctly and the broadcast for the bulletin board is better now as well!*
