RIS and missing ASM files

I installed RIS on Win2000 server and all seemed OK. I booted from PXE and found the RIS Server. Halfway through the XP install, the client wanted a path to ASM files. I cheated by inserting an XP CD and pointing the path to it. Now I'm not sure where the rest of the install came from.
Any ideas on what's wrong with the RIS image?
