Hi there

I am currently studing the security + at a local college.

They are using the pre Oct 08 version. I was wondering will covering the materials for the old exam be enough to cover the new course

I have studied a no of books available(incl Sybex) and sample questions are the same for old and new curriculum.

Any advice would be great

I'd doubt it. However, the old exam will still be available for a few months, so you can just take that one.
