Whats difference between comtia server + and microsoft serve

I was wondering what is the difference ? between microsoft server 2003 and comptia server +
I took the class for microsoft server 2003 a couple years back.
70-209 and 70-291 , is it just for microsoft certifications ?

Server+ is going to primarily deal with server-class hardware. Those MS exams are focused on Server 2003.
