What do You need to do in order to receive the second free shot for MICROSOFT's exams?
Are they free of charge, how does it work? I will be passing my 70-620 in 3 weeks time, and would like to know how it works.
thanks in advance

Pretty much you ask them for a voucher, they e-mail it to you, then when you register for the test with, let's say, Prometric, you enter the voucher number, it gets validated. If you fail the exam and want to schedule the retake, you go online and enter the same voucher number you used earlier, and it should be free. -
