Linux Administrator Full Time position in San Diego – PAID RELOCATION from anywhere

REQUIRED

Top Secret Clearance with SCI

Must have 5+ years of Red Hat Linux enterprise administration

experience.


SKILLS


-Must possess a thorough understanding of Red Hat Linux operating system including installation and troubleshooting.
-Should have experience automating systems tasks such as cron and other open source tools.
-Experience managing medium or large Linux deployments
-Knowledge or working experience with Global File System (GFS)
-Should be highly skilled in writing shell scripts and have a working knowledge of Python, and PHP.
-Knowledge Bash and Perl is a must.
-Must be able to adapt quickly to complex computing environments.
-Should possess a fundamental understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.
-Should possess a fundamental understanding of storage management: RAID, volume managers, etc.
-A basic knowledge of database concepts and SQL is required.
-Experience with system monitoring and tuning concepts and tools (iostat, tcpdump, nettop, snmp etc)
- Knowledge of Linux Cluster environments is desirable


Salary is 70K – 120K Annually.
