Lotus notes 6.5 deleting emails.
I have a user ask me if there is a way to prevent their Lotus Notes 6.5 from automatically deleting all his emails after he has finished reading them. He is currentll using Lotus notes 6.5 and it on top it displays Inbox--- unread and when he reads his emails it just deletes them withouth asking whether to save or keep.
I have not used much of Lotus Notes so i do not know where to reset the default settings or how to solve this problem.
So the problem is Lotus notes is deleting all mail in the inbox after the user has finished reading them.

On the tab it says his name - inbox - unread? have him click the "view all" button on the mail toolbar
