I can answer one question for you. The price for the test is $125.00. As for scenerio questions I can't answer that. Have not taken my CCNA yet...hopefully this summer I will. Subnetting is holding me back right now.

By scenarios, do you mean simulations? Well expect a few if that's what you're asking; however, don't expect a person to come and tell you, "Well hey, you're gonna get 5 simulations on the exam, so buckle up...." That simply can't be true because every instance of an exam is quite different from any other. Just prepare for it, and you should be fine.
