Check out that link I put in your other thread regarding forensics. I'm not sure if you need to sit the course for this one or not. You have the option to waive the CEH course based on experience/educaiton, but I didn't see an application for the CHFI. I'd just contact EC-Council and see what they have to say.

It looks like there are no set pre-reqs just a suggestion for the CEH.
