New Blackberry Admin...
So at my new job, I've been told I'll be the Blackberry guy. I'm looking for an overall admin guide to lookover. We have a **** sheet that the previous admin used, but it's old and not 100% correct. I looked on BBs site, and they have a ton of manuals, but I didn't see any that encompass a little of everything. We don't install or manage the BES at my location, so that I don't need. I was just wondering if anyone knew of a helpers guide or something along those lines....

However if you setup an test environment and just spend a few hours browsing through this

and trying out scenarios you will get pretty good pretty quick I bet. -

Honestly, if you read through each prompt and menu the system is fairly intuitive. The first time I even started working with Blackberry I ended up throwing out the install manual because it was poorly written. Read through everything and I think you can feel your way through the system with no problems.
