Well I took a new position, my title is "IT Support Specialist". They have been outsourcing all of their networking/server stuff.
They hired me in hopes to ontop of basic IT support within the company to take over the networking.
So, to the network administrators out there, what are some helpful tools? (programs/websites/etc.)

Tools I use that I can think of off the top of my head, I'm only a junior so not really into any different tools yet:
Putty
Wireshark
www.arin.net/whois
Winmerge
Kiwi CatTools
