Just passed the 630 today. Pretty easy exam. I was not well prepared and passed in low 900s. Several questions regarding forms I was not familiar with.
Experience:
I have done some admin at work as well as a few small farm deployments (mostly WSS)
Study:
Used the Sybex book by James Pyles and SharePoint Server 2007 Best Practices. I had also previously read some of Real World SharePoint and some of SharePoint 2007 Technologies. No test prep.
