in CCNA & CCENT
Good day to all. I have recently completed my MCSE and been working in the IT field for over 2 yrs now but hardly get to use my MCSE knowledge the way I would love to. I started studying for the CCNA and must say I find it very interesting and would therefore love to go straight into networking field so my BIG Question is what path(s) would i need to take in order to work for and ISP compnay ?

You would to start gaining experience in a related role. As you have seen with your MCSE just because you have a certification it doesn't mean you are guaranteed a job working with those technologies.An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made.
