How many questions can you miss?

Doing the quick math...
I've heard there are 58 questions. And 50 are graded.
To pass you need a 700 out of 1000.
50 graded would be 20 points per question.
300 points possible to lose, being 15 questions you can miss and still pass...
RIGHT?!?!?
I mean, I know the math is right, but is that how it works?

Stop sweating the pass/fail. Focus more on the what-can-I-learn. -
