help with dcse!!!! please!!!!!

oh lord.. have i been dying trying to get past this Customer Handling Skills test

the answers i gotten straight from the study materials.. and it still tells me im wrong..
lol
i feel so dumb trying to pass a 15 question multiple choice test.. lol
but i see lots of tech encounter the same problem!!

so ill be straight forward.. any one interested in lending a fellow tech in need a hand..
after all its christmas time.. and jobs are hard to come by..
