CCNA 640-607 Simulations

Hi all!
I'm new to the forums, currently studying for the CCNA 640-607, and soon to take the exam. I've a question about the simulations, the ones I've seen have been general things like assigning IP addresses, creating passwords for console, telnet etc, and configuring RIP.What I'd like to know is whether the simulations are restricted to these few topics, or if the exam can throw in something like creating an ACL or configuring Frame-Relay?
Also, does anybody know of any good sites where I can get practsie at simulations? Any decent software (for free preferably
