Need to pass 70-282, is this essentially 70-290?

I need to pass 70-282 for some Microsoft Partner requirements. All the books dedicated to 70-282 appear to be crap.
Reading through the exam requirements though 70-282 appears to be just a dumbed down version of 20-290. I am wondering if anyone here has had to take 70-282 and can verify this, or knows of another source that can.
70-290 : Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment
70-282 : Designing, Deploying, and Managing a Network Solution for a Small- and Medium-Sized Business
