I use panda for Windows 2000 Professional and XP clients as well as 2003 Servers. It works pretty good and I haven't had any problems with it. However, depending on the solution you get, you might be able to use the NetworkSecure, AntiSpam, Content Filter, etc but I turn all those off and only use the Antivirus piece. The NetworkSecure piece can, rarely, block certain connections to and from your server. I have seen this in other products such as McAfee and Symantec. I would advise only enabling the Antivirus piece and disabling the others unless you had explicit needs for it.
Also, remember to exclude a folder or two so you can safely store those good administrator tools that Antivirus does not like
