what is the difference between map network drive and home folder that i can create both from server ????

The Home Folder setting on the Profile tab of the user account properties in ADUC does more than just map a drive. It will create the folder (if necessary) and assign the user full control of the folder. You can also edit multiple users, so you can select 10 users, change the Home Folder to H: \\server\share\%username% and it will create all the folders based on the User's name. Just mapping the H: drive in a logon script would not create the folders or assign permissions - not to mention you would need to create a separate logon script for each user in order to map their H: drives to separate locations.
