Change server regional settings after IIS installation.

Could you help me fix following problem please?
I’ve installed Windows Server 2008, than added role IIS 7.0. After a while I found my regional settings are incorrect so I changed them. However when I’m using webpage running on this IIS unfortunately regional settings seems to be incorrect. Basically instead of European date format – so dd/mm/yyyy, En-US is displayed mm/dd/yyyy.
Could you help me to find solution for this issue please? I’m not able to reinstall IIS.
