Hello,
A few years back, the powers that be decided to get a CRM package (didn't involve me at all) and after spending one heck of a lot of money, those powers have decided to change and move to something else. (I'll not rant and complain)
So, the question is this: Which one is the best for a group of sales people, maybe 10 at most. We sell filtration products etc for medium to large companies and apart from that, would you need another suggestion?
The existing app is Syspro CRM. I've quickly looked at Sage ACT, Microsoft CRM (Bit confusing) and glanced at Goldmine.
We require the data to reside within the SQL server as to match the data to the main app, Syspro.
Any ideas?
