Install IE7 before or after XP Sp3?

Should IE7 be installed before or after WinXP SP3? I read there had been problem, so I wnated to check with the crew here. Thanks :)

    I think the only real 'issue' is that if IE7 is installed before you update to SP3 you cannot rollback to IE6, who'd want to though?
    We responded to the Year 2000 issue with "Y2K" solutions...isn't this the kind of thinking that got us into trouble in the first place?
