website problems... weird

Well recently one of the teachers at my HS called me and asked me why she wasn't able to see FCAT Explorer.... she said she could go on any other site except that one, I headed over to her class and to my surprise it was true..... when trying to load FCAT Explorer it would take her to the google search engine telling her it couldn't find the site. This is weird because all other teachers dont seem to have that problem and it wasn't the IE browser either because I tried mozilla and google chrome..... since im always interested in learning, can any of you guys guide me into what could cause this.. any settings maybe??? Well open to any suggestions. Thanks in advance
