Possible error in Security+ practice exam?

I'm going through the practice exam right now. Here is the question :
12. FTP data (ftp data channel) normally uses TCP port?
a. 20
b. 21
c. 23
d. 25
e. 26
f. 29
Answer : a) 20
I thought FTP uses port 21, no? I know sometimes it's both but mainly port 21.

Data channel for FTP
, which is exactly what the questions says...
FTP uses port 21 for control, as in settings up and maintaining the connection. The actually data is send over port 20.
I'd appreciate if you just ask the technical question (i.e. why does ftp use port 20?) instead the subject you choose for your post... it might give a wrong impression about our practice exams.
