It's official now ! I'm an authorized Sun Certified Instructor !!! 
There's no exam to pass and there's no certificate to receive. If you work with Sun partner and your company is authorized to offer sun educational services, then you can ask Sun to credit you as a trainer.
I sent them an email, and they asked for my resume, and copies of all my certifications. After that, there was a one hour interview with various technical and personal questions, and during this interview I've been told that I passed, and then they sent me a congratulations email, informing Sun that I'm a new instructor !
I can teach Solaris courses, SHELL scripting (I need to sharpen my skills here though), ZFS, special topics for experienced Solaris admins.
Also, If we have the hardware, I can give hardware support courses.

Are you going to be teaching many courses?
mmm, I don't think so. Our company usually offer Solaris SCSA and SCNA courses. So most probably I'll teach those for now. But Sun said that they can use me to teach other courses if they needed to
I can teach Hardware courses, System admin, and network admin courses.
