Check out the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express Compatibility Information web page.
The Cisco Unified CME and Cisco IOS Software Version Compatibility Matrix shows you the IOS Version and the supported CME Version.
If you dig through the "Supported Firmware, Platforms, Memory, and Voice Products" documents, you'll find that the last version of CME the 265xXM supported was 4.1
The 265xXM doesn't have any slots for PVDMs or VWICs, so it depends on the modules you install.
You can find some hardware links in the CCVP FAQ
If you go to Portable Product Sheets - Partner Central the NM/WIC/VWIC Compatibility PDF and the Voice Density PDF should give you an idea of what the 265xXM supports.:mike: Cisco Certifications -- Collect the Entire Set! -

NM-1V and NM-2V moudules have DSP resources built in to run the FXO and FXS VICs.
For packetized voice, say T1/E1 PRI, you would need something like the NM-HD-2VE + a multiflex card like the VWIC-xMFT-T1. I'm sure you can use other "NM-HD" variations but you'll have to do some research.CCNP:Collaboration, CCNP:R&S, CCNA:S, CCNA:V, CCNA, CCENT
